写essay怎么避免使用第一人称？

其实国外的论文也不是都不可以使用第一人称，reflective report 是允许使用的。Academic paper, essay，dissertation都是坚决不能出现第一人称的。“ I," "me," "my," "we," "us," etc. 这些都不可以用。

避免的方法有这些：

一：使用被动句式

比如： I am using Microsoft Word to write this essay. 换成--this essay is being written in Microsoft Word.

二：使用第三人称

比如： I think the most important part of your day is having a good breakfast. 换成-- A nutritious breakfast is an important part of a healthy diet.
