APA文内引用怎么写？APA 7th In-text Citation格式与常见错误

一、文内引用（In-text citation）

1. 基本格式

作者-年份制 (Author, Year)

• 单一作者: (Smith, 2020)

• 两位作者: (Smith & Johnson, 2020)

• 三位及以上作者: (Smith et al., 2020)

2. 直接引用（Direct quotes）

少于40词：引号内标明作者、年份、页码

"引用的内容" (Smith, 2020, p. 25).

40词及以上：作为区块引用（block quote），独立成段，缩进0.5英寸，不加引号

整段文字从左边缩进 0.5 英寸（约 1.27 厘米）。

行距：与正文一致（双倍行距）。

不要加引号（已经通过缩进来区分引用）。

句号放在引文末尾，然后再写引用。

【引用内容......】(Smith, 2020, p. 25).

3. 多个来源

同一括号内：按作者字母顺序排列，分号分隔

(Johnson, 2019; Smith, 2020; Zhao, 2018)

第二次及以上引用多个作者的文献

• 两位作者：每次都要写出两个作者的姓氏 → (Johnson & Smith, 2019)

• 三位或以上作者：从第一次引用开始就直接简化为第一作者 + et al. → (Johnson et al., 2019)

二次引用

你在 A 文献里看到了 B 学者的观点，但你自己没有直接读过 B 的原始文献，而是通过 A 转述的。

• 格式：B as cited in A, 年份, 页码（如有）

示例：

如果你没有读过 Freud 的原始文献，而是在 Smith (2020) 的书里看到的：

Freud's theory suggests that dreams are symbolic representations of unconscious desires (as cited in Smith, 2020, p. 45).

参考文献列表中只列出你实际读过的那篇文献（即 A），不要列原始的 B。

注意事项

1. 二次引用不是最佳做法。APA 强烈建议：

   • 如果可能，最好去找原始文献（B）并直接引用。

   • 二次引用只在原文难以获取时使用。

2. 只在正文里写 “as cited in”，在参考文献中只列你读到的那篇。

错误写法：

(Smith 2020: 25)

这种带冒号的写法是 Harvard 引用格式的习惯，不是 APA。APA 必须用逗号和缩写 p.（单页）或 pp.（多页）。

注意事项

• 按作者姓氏字母顺序排列

• 双倍行距，悬挂缩进（hanging indent）

• DOI 格式应写为 URL（https://doi.org/...）

格式：

格式：

6. 学位论文 (Theses/Dissertations)

格式：

Author, A. A. (Year). Title of dissertation (Publication No. xxxx) [Doctoral dissertation, University Name]. ProQuest Dissertations and Theses Global.

例子：

Johnson, M. L. (2019). Exploring identity in multicultural education (Publication No. 1234567) [Doctoral dissertation, Harvard University]. ProQuest Dissertations and Theses Global.

常见注意点

• 作者超过20位：列出前19位 + "..." + 最后一位

• 无作者：用标题开头，按字母顺序排序

• 无日期：用 (n.d.)

• 同一作者同一年多篇文献：加字母区分 (Smith, 2020a; Smith, 2020b)

• 总结需要斜体的部分：

  • 书名

  • 期刊名和卷号

  • 学位论文 (Theses/Dissertations)

  • 独立网页标题（只有当它是独立文档时。如果是网站的一部分（比如一篇文章），那就不斜体，斜体的是网站名）
